LOCATION CHANGE! Base camp will be located at Mean’s Dry Lake. Take highway 247 (19 mi North from Yucca Valley, 26 mi South from Lucerne Valley) to Boone Rd. Boone Rd/247 UTM coordinates are 11S 0541861 over 3802948. Turn east on to Boone Road and follow the signs to base camp

Just a little poem that Dylan wanted to post;

DESERT LIFE

When I awake to ride, I step outside to put everything else aside,
I feel the warmth of this amazing place
And I can feel the sunshine on my face.
I hear people race aloud, through the wash without a sound.

The dust is a must without no rain, and with no rain there is pain.
The pain is deep, because when it rains,
The mud is as thick as a thousand feet.

The wind is here and so I tear, since the wind that you feel is very
Strong, you think that it's wrong. We sit
And wait till the wind goes by, and
When it does, it's time to ride.....
